Question: I am an aspiring fiction writer and my book is about romance, friendship and self-discovery. During the book, the main character goes through sadness, drama, anger and emotions I have worked hard to not include in my vibration. My intention though, is to tell a real story with authenticity and for the fun of it. And it may help people going through hardships. Will I create my reality by writing about these lower emotions or can I compartmentalize it as my art, not my real life? Do we have to make sure the TV shows, music, books, and people we are around all have to be positive and of a high vibration in order to keep ourselves vibrationally aligned? Or is this just a misperception?

Answer: Warm greetings from Theos.

When you are immersed in your work, as you enjoy the creation of it, even in the emotional range you portray, as you are aware it is not your reality and has no affect on your life, seeing it for what it is, then you do not create vibrational dissonance. Anytime you read a book or watch a movie or listen to music that creates an emotional charge in you positively or negatively, of course you are a vibrational match to that. Feel your way as create your book. You will know.

When you spend time watching TV that does not feel good; when you listen to music that is negatively charged or you interact with people who are negative, eventually you find yourself a match to that. Otherwise you are not attracted to it and therefore do not seek it out and do not participate in it. You will always know whether you are being affected negatively or positively based on how you are feeling as you focus upon any topic. If you find you are negatively charged, choose in the moment to focus upon that which uplifts you. Decide that feeling good is the order of your day and make that your utmost priority.

We will infuse you with our love, and for now, we will leave you be.
